Sound Meditation Journey

Come and enjoy an evening of Sound Meditation to facilitate deep relaxation, inner spaciousness, self-healing and awakening to life in the present moment. Sound has been proven to promote feelings of vitality, calm, clarity, connection, peace and assist with pain, anxiety and sleep issues. There is nothing to learn, simply a willingness to trust in your innate ability to let go of tension as you are immersed in the soothing sound vibrations of crystal and tibetan singing bowls, gong, bells and chimes.

Sound and stillness are portals into the here and now, supporting brain waves to slow to an alpha/theta state (deep relaxation), whilst the vibration balances and clears stagnant energy within the body. You are invited to experience this for yourself at a Sound Meditation or book a private or corporate session.

Β No Meditation Experience Necessary

As you arrive you will be warmly greeted and invited to make yourself comfortable. Mats, blankets, bolsters and eye pillows are available for your comfort. You are welcome to bring a cushion for your head. The session begins with a guided meditation to unwind the busyness and noise of the day. Soon after you will be immersed in the sound and vibration of singing bowls, gong, chimes and bells to promote deep rest and inner stillness. Your only task is to come along, relax and let go.
