Sound meditation is offered to facilitate deep relaxation, inner spaciousness, self-healing and awakening to life in the present moment. Sound and stillness are portals into the here and now, supporting brain waves to slow to an alpha/theta state (deep relaxation), whilst the vibration balances and clears stagnant energy within the body. I invite you to experience this for yourself at my weekly sound meditation (casual attendance) or book a private or corporate session.

1 hour Sound Relaxation Meditation is held weekly (except school holidays) at Palmyra Yoga Shala. Enjoy a full hour of effortless relaxation and inner stillness, $15.

Held at Palmyra Yoga Shala or your home with option to include breath work, journey meditation and coaching. 60 min session $100. Travel up to 20kms add $30.

Group sound meditation sessions are available privately and in the corporate sector, both in your home, place of work or a venue can be sourced. Contact me for a quote.
